Real brand identity design for an HR management consultancy freshly launched in Dubai, highlighting its groundbreaking nature of women in the forefront—from the name itself.

  • With people driven yet professional approach idea, certain letters in the main logo were turned to represent faces.

  • Representing primary audiences of Dubai & MENA region Real Estate businesses, the font features crisp architectural arches that are eroded to look friendly.

  • The logomark features the meaning of Elizabeth (Oath) & Esther (Star) while also signifying the ease of work.

  • The illustration set features diverse women to shout out their women empowerment value as well as commitment to encouraging diversity in Dubai’s human capital.

  • The founder also reiterated her company’s mission is to bring about the end of unfair or inefficient practices—showcased as the diversity of faces with the shapes illustration.
